Mistakes to Avoid on Your Health Coaching Website
Your website is often the first place a potential client decides whether to trust you. A few common mistakes can send visitors away before they ever get in touch.
Not saying who you help
Visitors should know within seconds whether you are for them. Replace general lines like "helping you live your best life" with a clear statement: who you help, with what, and the result they can expect.
Making people hunt for the next step
Every page needs one clear action, such as booking a call, joining your list or viewing your programme. Put that button near the top and repeat it lower down.
Talking about yourself instead of the client
Your credentials matter, but lead with the client's problem and how you solve it. Your story and qualifications support that message on your About page.
Forgetting phones
Most visitors arrive on a phone. Check that text is easy to read, buttons are easy to tap and pages load quickly on a small screen.
No proof
Client testimonials, with permission, help new visitors trust you. Even two or three short quotes about real results make a difference.
No way to stay in touch
Most visitors are not ready to book today. Offer a helpful freebie in exchange for their email so you can keep helping them until they are.
