Thrive Nutrition Content Studio ("the Studio," "we," "us," or "our") is a private workspace for nutrition and wellness practitioners. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
By creating an account and using the Studio, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored as a one-way hash).
Payment information: billing is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers. Stripe provides us with a limited record of your subscription status and the last four digits of your card.
Content you create: meal plans, recipes, brand kit details, social content ideas, and resources you build or save within the Studio.
Usage information: the features you use, pages you visit, and diagnostic logs that help us maintain the Studio and resolve technical issues.
To operate your account, deliver the Studio, and provide the features included in your membership.
To process membership billing through Stripe and send confirmation and login-related emails.
To send important account notices, such as renewal reminders or security updates.
To respond to support requests and improve the Studio over time.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your account and content are stored in a secured database with row-level security, ensuring that only you can access or modify your own data.
Payment details are handled by Stripe and are never stored in full on our infrastructure.
Access to your data is restricted to systems that require it, and all access is logged and reviewed.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Stripe processes membership payments. Stripe's privacy policy governs the payment data it holds.
Supabase hosts our database and authentication infrastructure.
Google may be used for optional sign-in. Google's privacy policy governs the data it holds.
Canva links open external templates. Canva's privacy policy applies when you visit their site.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these or any other external services.
We use local storage and cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences, such as your selected brand kit and unit settings.
We do not use cookies to track you across other websites for advertising purposes.
You may clear local storage through your browser settings, though doing so will sign you out of the Studio.
The meal plans, recipes, brand kit, and resources you create within the Studio belong to your business, subject to our Licensing Terms.
You may export or delete your content at any time. Deleting your account will remove your personal data and content.
We retain your information for as long as your membership remains active.
If you cancel, we retain a limited record to manage billing disputes and fulfil legal obligations, after which your personal data is deleted on a set schedule.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
You may access, correct, or export the personal information we hold about you.

The Studio is intended for use by nutrition and wellness professionals and is not directed at children under 16.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Any changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
Continued use of the Studio after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
